You can ask return or change in 7 days after your purchase.

The cargo expense of every single product you return & want to change is free.

The torn price tag or torn fabrics can not be changed; worn,tried On underwears and bikinis cannot be changed.

Which product / products cover return & change?

Urgent return covers, defective product, false colour & false size fabrics are under the change guarantee. If you do not like the products or do not want to wear, you can easily send back to change or to return.

How does the return & change procedure work ?

After you find the order with The products that you want to return, in my account > my orders  return / replace You can easily send back or have a return filling the form.When “return / replace button” isn’t seen; it means return & change procedure finish.

After I had return / change account What Should I do?

You have to go to the nearest DHL Cargo, and send back via the cargo.

May I send back throughout another Cargos?

Except DHL Cargo, the customer is the responsible for the other cargo payment. Patirti.com isn’t in charge of opposite payment.If the fabric sent back with opposite payment , will not be taken.

I sent my order back and now what will happen?

After we get the fabric, the return/change procedure starts.When it has been approved; return amount described as “AWARD POINT”. You can use the award point for your new orders in a year. If you want money pay back ; it will be pay back to your IBAN number. You can follow the process. We don’t payback any amount of pay at the door or cargo expenses.

When is the return fee paid?

After it has checked; return fee is paid to your account in credit card by patirti.com within a few days; you will see “return fee” in your credit card. The time is up to your bank and patirti.com has no right on this process.

Why is the Instalment Payment in Shopping Paid Back As İnstalment

Your instalment payment is paid back to your credit totally but your bank pays your money back in instalment.

What is our Return Policy and Procedure for International Delivery ?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can return any unused item (excluding; underwear and swimwear*) within 7 work days from the delivery date in a condition that is suitable for resale without removing the price tags. You can start your return process from our return & refund section after logging in to your account. If you do not have an account, please contact our Customer Care Department for your return. Returns can be sent via your local post office/ courier service of your choice. Please note, you'll need to cover the postage costs and taxes.

What is our Refund Policy & Process for International Delivery ?

Once we receive your returned item we will notify you and start with the Refund Process immediately. However, it may take up to 7 workdays for your bank to process the payment and to reflect it into your account. For COD and Bank Transfer customers, our Customer Care Center will request your bank account details by e-mail in order to transfer your refund. For Credit Card Customers, refund will be transfered directly back to the bank account that was used for purchasing. Note: Service fees such as Cash on Delivery Fees and Shipping Fees are not refunded.
